The Challenge, Solution & Role: Designed a press kit using data visualization graphics to communicate the power, scope, and limits of California Philanthropy to Congress to raise their awareness. Branded the partnership of 3 California nonprofits presenting this work.

The Solution & Role: Created data visualization graphics (using Dover illustrations) to tell the story of the differences between CA philanthropy versus government funding. The 8-panel press kit presented here highlights the strengths versus the limits of CA's philanthropy.

Client: Polish Cultural Institute New York (PCI)
The Challenge, Solution & Role: Created a modern voice and look to Polish arts and culture to better reach a U.S. audience by redesigning PCI's bilingual marketing materials (invites, publications, ads, etc.). The success of these designs is still being used as templates by PCI today. PCI is on a diplomatic mission for the government of Poland to promote Polish history and contemporary culture around the world.

The Challenge, Solution & Role: Each publication spread was designed to provide stories about key Polish artists and their upcoming U.S. performances. This print/digital publication was designed to be both a seasonal announcement of events and a program guide to its users who were middle aged and older.

The Challenge, Solution & Role: How to brand a journalism program's very long mission statement to its audience of busy college students on the go? The solution is to brand the Renaissance Journalism Center’s mission statement in a series of posters with large graphic type with engaged students reading, pointing, etc., their mission statement as shown here.

The Challenge, Solution & Role: Redesigned the front section of the Ford Foundation's quarterly magazine, "The Ford Reports," to promote the successful work of their national and global grantees. Publication targeted the general public, Ford grantees and the philanthropic community.

The Challenge, Solution & Role: Designed digital e-newsletters for the Ford Foundation targeting the general public, their grantees and the philanthropic community. One e-newsletter announces the latest issue of the Ford magazine and the other invites the audience to visit and explore their new website redesign.

The Challenge, Solution & Role: Created a modern voice and look to Polish arts and culture to better reach a U.S. audience by redesigning PCI's bilingual marketing materials (semi-annual publications, ads, etc.). This publication also advertised their joint exhibition with MoMA featuring artist Alina Szapoczkiknow's work shown here in the cover designed for the show.
